Yes. We are an editing and publication-support service, not a writing service. We edit documents you have written, return them with tracked changes so every edit is visible to you and your supervisor, and we do not sell authorship. If a provider offers to write your thesis, that is a different kind of business and a serious academic-misconduct risk.

Every review is from a client who gave written permission to publish it. We show the original message as a screenshot next to the transcribed text. Names are shortened at clients’ request because most researchers prefer not to disclose that they used an editor. We do not offer discounts or any other incentive in exchange for reviews.

Because we ask before publishing and most clients say no. Using an editor is entirely permitted at almost every institution, but researchers still tend to keep it private. We would rather publish an anonymised review that is true than a fully attributed one that is not.

Yes. Where a client was unhappy and we could not resolve it, the review stays up with our response beside it. Our free-revision window runs for two weeks after delivery, and most complaints are resolved inside it, so those cases are rare rather than absent.
